Rates & Availability
Weekly rates for 2008: Spring & Fall: $700 - $900 per week Sorry but we do not rent weekends only. Please check our calendar for availability. It's always up to date. Check-in time: 3:00 pm Sat. Payment terms: half down will reserve your rental. A contract will be sent which will need to be signed and returned with your deposit. Full payment, including a $300 security deposit is required one month prior to occupancy. The security deposit will be refunded within two weeks from departure.
